The Village at Historic Clara Barton consists of three buildings with a combined total of 103 residential units, each with one or two bedrooms, located in the Clara Barton section of Edison Township, New Jersey. The upper floors have elevator service, ample parking is on site, and residents have access to amenities such as the Community Room, walking path, and Gazebo. The Middlesex Greenway is adjacent to the complex, and Clara Barton’s commercial & retail district along Amboy Avenue, is just a few steps away.

NJ Transit’s Northeast Corridor line provides rail service to this area, and there is easy access to the Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike, Route 287, 1, and 27. It’s excelent location affords the Village at Historic Clara Barton easy access to shopping, bus stops, major highways, and malls/restaurants. The Village at Historic Clara Barton Condominium Association, Inc. (the Association) is a New Jersey nonprofit corporation subject to the provisions of the Condominium Act of the State of New Jersey and operates under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Service Code 528. The Association’s volunteer Board of Directors works with Towne & Country Management to operate and maintain the common property for the 55-year & older age-restricted condominium development.
