The upper floors have elevator service, ample parking is on site, and residents have access to amenities such as the Community Room, walking path, and Gazebo. The Middlesex Greenway is adjacent to the complex, and Clara Barton’s commercial & retail district along Amboy Avenue, is just a few steps away.

NJ Transit’s Northeast Corridor line provides rail service to this area, and there is easy access to the Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike, Route 287, 1, and 27. The Association’s volunteer Board of Directors works with Towne & Country Management to operate and maintain the common property for the 55-year & older age-restricted condominium development.
